Without salt aate ka dough bana ke then rest 10 min

Kadai me 2 spn ghee gram karein then besan aur ache se chalate huye bhune

Then add pinch jaiwal powder then add khoya ache se sab ke mix kar ke bhun le

Then plate me nikal le.

Same kadai me 2 spn sugar 1/2 cup water ke sath chasni banayein then add ilachi powder..... mix well

Then besan khoya mixture then sab ache se chalate huye mix karein..

. Cool krne ke liye plate me nikal le

Mixture like churma type hona chahiye .

. Then dough se aate ki loi le kar bel lle then filling bhar ke again loi banayein then sukha aata lagake halke hath se bel ke tava gram karein then dono side se ache se sek le

Then serve... khati mithi chutney ya achar etc ke sath ....
