Fry the chorizo in a large saucepan, when there’s enough oil in the pan from the chorizo, add in chopped garlic, chilli and onion

Chop the chicken into chunks and add. Fry until chicken is cooked.

Add in the mushrooms, tomatoes, water and tomato purée. Allow to simmer on a medium heat for 25/30 minutes. Serve with pasta, rice or on jacket potatoes.
