Ingredients

30minutes.
2 serves.
  1. 260 gmatumbo pre boiled for 3 hours using a jiko
  2. 30 mlsoil for frying
  3. 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Take the preboiled matumbo put in a pan add in salt and 2 tbsp of oil. Heat

  2. 2

    Fry until the matumbo start to be crunchy.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and serve with some rice.
