24 sliceCocktail Rye or Sourdough bread
12 slicePepper Jack cheese
12 sliceCheddar cheese
1 packagesMini sliced pepperoni

Butter one side of each slice of bread. With butter side down, layer a slice of cheddar cheese, then pepperoni and then pepper jack cheese. Top with second layer of bread (butter side up).

Grill sandwiches in hot pan, until golden brown.

Slice sandwiches on diagonal, serve alone or with warm pizza dipping sauce.
