Ingredients

15 mins
  1. 7 ozchorizo (I used beef chorizo)
  2. 1 can29 oz pinto beens (I used "La preferida")
  3. tostadas
  4. sour cream
  5. cotija cheese ( or your choice)
  6. lettuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Chorizo following the directions of the pkg. Then add all the can of beans and mash them with a fork.

  2. 2

    Cook until incorporated.

  3. 3

    Put a little of the beans and Chorizo mixture on the tostada. Top it with lettuce, sour cream and cheese.

  4. 4

    Enjoy!!!
