Ingredients

  1. 1/4 lbpork (thinly sliced)
  2. 2 piecetomatoes (large)
  3. 1 tbspginger (minced)
  4. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  5. 3 clovegarlic, crushed or chopped
  6. 4 tbspshrimp paste
  7. 1 cupshrimps
  8. 1/4 mediumsquash / pumpkin (cubed)
  9. 1 bunchstring beans (cut into 3 inch pieces)
  10. 1 mediumeggplant, sliced
  11. 6 pieceokra
  12. 3 tbspcooking oil
  13. 1 cupwater
  14. tspsalt
  15. pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a big pan

    Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and tomatoes.

    Add pork and cook until brownish

  4. 4

    Put in shrimp paste and the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender. Add a dash of salt and pepper.

    Add the squash. After 5-7 minutes, add the eggplant.

    Add the remaining vegetables. Season with a bit of salt. Do not overcook.

    Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy! :)
