Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1 lbwild caught Atlantic salmon
  2. 1 tbspGood EVOO
  3. 1 tbspcoarse sea salt
  4. 2 tspfresh cracked black pepper
  5. 1lemon

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Brush salmon with olive oil

  2. 2

    Evenly apply salt and pepper

    Zest lemon onto the salmon

  4. 4

    Freshly squeeze juice from half the lemon onto the fish

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for an hour or two before cooking

  6. 6

    Preheat oven to 400. When ready, bake salmon skin down for 25-35 minutes (depending on doneness preference)
