Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupCorn kernels
  2. -1/2 teaspoon Olive oil (optional)
  3. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoonChat Masala Powder
  5. - 1/4 teaspoonRed Chilli flakes
  6. 1/2 teaspoonJeera Powder
  7. 1/2 cupFinely chopped, capsicum, tomato, onion and grated carrot
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water, add 2 pinch of salt and sugar Now add corn kernels and boil for 5 minutes until corn turns soft, drain the water.

    In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Give a quick stir and serve immediately

  4. 4

    While serving sprinkle little red chilli flakes and chat masala powder and serve hot.
