Steps
- 1
Mix together all ingredients.
- 2
This is my second step in preparing spare ribs. My first step involves searing the ribs in a dry rub.
- 3
Once you have seared the ribs, place them in your pressure cooker on their sides so they are standing up in rows.
- 4
Pour BBQ sauce all over the ribs getting all surfaces as coated as possible.
- 5
Pressure cook on high pressure for 30 minutes then use quick release method.
- 6
Ribs should be falling off the bone tender.
- 7
Reduce BBQ sauce to create a thick sauce that will be used for glazing them on the grill or in the broiler. I discard ad much of the oil as possible in this step by skimming it off the top.
