Ingredients

  1. 1bag watercress, spinach and rocket (arugula) salad leaves
  2. 6 slicesmoked ham, cut into small strips (I used Brunswick ham)
  3. 150 gramsblue cheese, crumbled
  4. 1 tbsphoneygar (or mix raw honey and cider vinegar)
  5. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  6. (pink) salt
  7. black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. 2

    Put leaves in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour dressing around the sides of the larg bowl then toss.

  4. 4

    Place salad on plates and top with cheese and ham.
