Ingredients

  • 2brinjal(600 gms)
  • 11/2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspgaram Masala powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric power
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil for fry
  • leavesSome freshly chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the brinjal straight leyer cut like this

    Take a plate add all spices,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste, salt,curd and 1or2 tbsp water mix it and make thick paste

  3. 3

    Now take a brinjal stuff Masala properly and rest it in a 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Take a pan add heat 1tbsp oil add masala coated brinjal cover the lid and cook it in low flame just 3 minutes

    After 3 minutes open the lid and turn it fry it another 3 minutes

  6. 6

    After another 3 minutes it's don take this on a plate serve this brinjal fry garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and salad.
