Karela chips with apple juice (bitter guard chips)

Wash karela. Cut round/oval thin slices. Sprinkle salt. Keep rest for 30 minutes.

Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix properly.

Squeeze water from karela. Sprinkle all flours mix. Mix well so that it coated properly.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Pour karela slices. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.

Transfer on kitchen towel. Serve crispy karela chips with amla or apple juice.
