  • 125 gchickpea flour
  • 180 mlwater
  • 2 Tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 1Red bell pepper
  • Spring onion
  • Flaked mackerel
  • Halfan onion
  • Chopped garlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder

    Pre heat oven to 325 degrees

  2. 2

    In a bowl, measure out chickpea flour, add baking powder and water. Stir till there are no lumps. Add vegetable oil, chopped vegetables and flaked mackerel. Add salt to taste.

    Serve with sauce of choice or pudding.
