Chunky chocolate and Smarties cookies
I always love to make simple recipes that produce fantastic products and this is one of them. Simple, easy and great taste and the bonus is you do not need a mixer plus you can make different types of cookie from this one dough......

Sieve together all dry ingredients and set aside.

Combine all wet ingredients and set aside.

Add dry ingredient to wet and mix properly. After mixing batter will be soft, cover and refrigerate till for 5 mins

With an ice cream scoop or a spoon, scoop out dough onto prepared tray.

Flatten and top with chunk chocolate, m&m, Smarties, coconut flakes etc or any toppings of choice.

Bake in oven at 185 degree for 10mins to 15mins.

Serve with milk.
