Steps

Wash and cut chicken

Spice with salt, knorr seasonong, onion, fresh pepper and boil for 20mins.

Wash and slice the utazi leaves. Add more water to the chicken if neccessary

Add the peppersoup spice, boil for 5minutes and pour in the utazi leave.

Allow it parboil for another 3 minutes then turn off heat and serve hot
