1 1/2 largechicken breast ,minced
1 tbspred chili paste
1 tspsliced lemongrass
3kaffir lime leaves ,sliced
1red chili ,thinly sliced
1 bunchspring onion,chopped
1/2 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tbspsesame oil
1/2 tbspoyster sauce

Mince chicken breast,chop ,mix all ingrediants well

Stuff chilli with chicken mixture,use small coffee spoon to help

Grills on stove top ,or charcoal with little brush of olive oil ..until cook :) ..hope you like this as snack on the grill or side dish :)
