16 servings

1 tspbicarbonate soda
1 cupap flour
2 tspcornstarch
15 ozcubed potatoes
1/4 cuppickled jalapeño cubed finely
1/4 cupgreen onion slicef
1 tspgranulated garlic powder
1/4 tspsalt
2 tspground cumin
2 cupcorn meal finely ground
1water as needed

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl making a thick batter

Form into balls size varying the bigger the balls the longer it cooks

Cook till done serve with sour cream
