Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame - Once hot add chopped garlic and stir fry for a minute

Add onions and stir fry for a minute again

Then add capsicum and give it a stir - Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and mix well

Add half glass water, and let it come to a boil - Add little water in corn flour and mix it

Add it to the chilli gravy and mix well to make it thick

Cut Idli into small pieces and add it to the gravy and mix well until well combined with the chilli gravy

Chilli idli is now ready, remove it in a serving plate - Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot
