Ingredients

  • 6Idli's cut into small pieces
  • 1Medium sized capsicum - cut into small pieces
  • Few chopped spring onions
  • 1 Tspsoya sauce
  • 2 Tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 Tbsptomato sauce
  • 3 Tbspchopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 Tbspvinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbspcorn flour
  • 3 Tbspoil
  • 1/2 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame - Once hot add chopped garlic and stir fry for a minute

  2. 2

    Add onions and stir fry for a minute again

  3. 3

    Then add capsicum and give it a stir - Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and mix well 

  4. 4

    Add half glass water, and let it come to a boil - Add little water in corn flour and mix it

  5. 5

    Add it to the chilli gravy and mix well to make it thick

  6. 6

    Cut Idli into small pieces and add it to the gravy and mix well until well combined with the chilli gravy

  7. 7

    Chilli idli is now ready, remove it in a serving plate - Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot
