Persian Salad (Shirazi)

Dice cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion and mix in a bowl.

Mince cilantro and add to the bowl; mix again.

Squeeze entire lemon (making sure to remove the seeds first) into the bowl and mix.

Add a dash of salt and pepper for extra flavor and mix.

Keep refrigerated for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
