Ingredients

45 minutes
8 servings
  • 4 cupsmaize meal
  • 2tablespoons butter
  • 1 cupgrated carrots
  • 2jugs of water

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour a cup of maize meal with little of cold water stir then add boiling water put to boil

  2. 2

    Add grated carrots and butter let it cook together

  3. 3

    Then add dry maize meal to mash until it's soft pap leave on a low heat to steam for 15 minutes
