Ingredients

1 cupssifted flour
1/2 teaspoonssalt
Dashnutmeg or cinnamon
3egg yolks
1 cupsmilk
3egg whites
2 tablespoonsbutter melted over hot water

Sift flour and salt and nutmeg

Beat egg whites till stiff

Beat egg yolks

Add milk and butter to egg yolks

Then add to flour mix well

Fold in egg whites

Cook in hot greased pan or griddle
8

Top with orange marmalade,current jelly,maple sugar mixed with a little cream or your favorite topping.
