  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1 tspdhanya spice
  4. 1 tbsbenny spice
  5. 1onion
  6. halfgreen pepper
  7. halfyellow pepper
  8. 4tablespoons oil

  1. 1

    Fry onion until brown, wash rice and add to the pot

  2. 2

    Keep stirring add benny spice and dhanya then add a cup of water and let it steam on a low heat remember to cover with plastic then lid

  3. 3

    Add all peppers a cup of water cover again and steam until it's ready
