Sabse phale ak pan mein 1 spoon oil daal kar gram Karein ab usme jeera, mustard seeds, green chilli, curry patta, daal kar 2-3 min ko suate Karein. Ab usme sare masale daal kar mix Karein or phir Allu or peas ko daal kar acche se mix Karein. Allu ko hum ache se phale mass Karein ge phir pan mein daale ge.

Ab mixture mein pickle masala bi daal kar mix kar de ge.

Phir hara dhniya bi daal kar mix Karein ge or 5 min ko medium gas par bhun kar gas band kar de ge. Mixchure ko thanda hone de ge.

Ab ak karai mein oil gram hone rakh de ge. Bread slice ke side ke kinare cut kar de ge. Ak bowl mein tora sa pani le ge or usme bread slice ko halka sa Dip kar ke nichor le ge.

Ab uspar 1 spoon Allu ka mixchure rakh kar charo taraf se bread se cover kar le ge or dono haato se gol gol bolls bana le ge.

Issi tarah sari bolls bana le ge or gram oil mein ache se fry kar le ge.

Hamare grama gram achari rolls tayaar hai.
