Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlChana soked and boiled
  2. 1-2patatoes boiled
  3. 2onion chopped
  4. 2tomato chopped
  5. Ginder garlic paste
  6. Green chilli chopped
  7. As tasteAamchur powder
  8. as neededChana masala
  9. as neededKasuri methi
  10. as your tasteSalt
  11. Lal Mirch powder
  12. Hldi powder
  13. 1 tspmalai
  14. For bhtura:-
  15. 1/2 kgmaida
  16. 1 tspsugar
  17. 1/3 tspbaking soda
  18. 4 tbspcurd
  19. 1 tspsalt
  20. Lukewarm water
  21. Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan kijiye. Jeera, ginger garlic paste daal kar saute kijiye

  2. 2

    Then add onion tomato paste. Saute kijiye.

  3. 3

    Add salt.,lal Mirch, hldi. Stir well. Add chana msala Aamchur powder

  4. 4

    Add 1tsp malai. Stir well for 2 min.

  5. 5

    Then add boiled Chana. Garnish with Ksuri mathi. And one whistle it. For Chana softness.

  6. 6

    Take all ingredients instead of oil and curd. Mix all

  7. 7

    Then add curd. And make a daugh with lyukwarm water. Rest it for one hour.

  8. 8

    Ready
