Pan kijiye. Jeera, ginger garlic paste daal kar saute kijiye

Then add onion tomato paste. Saute kijiye.

Add salt.,lal Mirch, hldi. Stir well. Add chana msala Aamchur powder

Add 1tsp malai. Stir well for 2 min.

Then add boiled Chana. Garnish with Ksuri mathi. And one whistle it. For Chana softness.

Take all ingredients instead of oil and curd. Mix all

Then add curd. And make a daugh with lyukwarm water. Rest it for one hour.
