1 cupyoghurt
1zest and juice of lemon
1 pinchsalt
2grinds of black pepper
1 tbspmint concentrate paste goumet gardens brand
1or 3 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
1a little parsley to garnish or mint leaves

Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving. Garnish with parsley or mint.
