Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 packagesof italian brauts
  2. 1/2onion sliced in strips
  3. 1red bell pepper sliced
  4. 1yellow bell pepper sliced
  5. 1package of baby bellas
  6. 1dark beer of preference
  7. 1can of pizza sauce ( i use contadina)
  8. 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  9. 2 tspitalian seasoning

  1. 1

    Put sausages in crock pot add all ingredients. Stir up a bit. Put on high for 4 hours or low 8 hours.

  2. 2

    You can put noodles ( I've done orzo) with this and make a soup. Or have it with a side of fried or roasted potatoes is excellent as well!
