  2. 2 tbspButter
  3. 1Seasoning Salt
  4. 1Pepper
  5. 1 cloveGarlic (chopped)

  1. 1

    In a cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Season thighs to taste

    Place thighs in skillet (skin down), for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add chopped clove of garlic to pan.

  4. 4

    Flip and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes!
