  1. 2 mediumsize eggplant cut in thin round shape
  2. salt
  3. 1 tbspor to taste red chilli powder
  4. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  6. 2 tbspcornstarch or rice flour
  7. 1oil for frying

  1. 1

    Sprinkle all spices on eggplant and mix well stay for 5 to 10 minutes. Then fry on pan at low heat flip sides and fry till it get crispy golden.
