This week i decided to challenge myself to cook something I haven't cooked before. And since I'm huge fan of any kind of sea food. I went with omena. Enjoy!
Fried Omena(dagaa)
This week i decided to challenge myself to cook something I haven't cooked before. And since I'm huge fan of any kind of sea food. I went with omena. Enjoy!
Steps

Boil the omena for five minutes and then drain the water.

Chop the tomatoes onions and bell pepper into pieces.
- 3
Heat tge cooking oil and add the omena. Fry till it becomes a bit crunchy and starts to turn brown

Add the onions in and stir.
- 5
Add tomatoes and stir continuously. Add salt to taste and keep stirring
- 6
Add the bell pepper and the royco and a table spoon of water and cook
