Dosakai/Melon pickle is very much famous in Andhra house .We make it regularly .It is very tasty and can be made instantly.
Steps

Clean and dry the melon and chop it into small pieces.Keep it a side.

In a bowl mix chilli powder,mustard seed powder,turmeric,salt and hing and mix well.

Add the melon pieces to the powder mixutre and mix well.Then pour oil into it.Add 2 tbsp lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredient and store it in tight container.Do not make this with wet hands.Everything should be dry.Otherwise this pickle will spoil.

Serve with hot plain rice and ghee.
