Cooked this for the family to use with the leftover taco meat from my Slow Cooker Pork Tacos

Instead of Taco Tuesday try Nacho Cheese Dorito Casserole....

I first tasted this dip at my friend Lynda's bridal shower. It was made by her mother-in-law. It is always a crowd pleaser!

There are many versions of this on Pintrest and this is my version! You could also use ground beef or (other ground meat) with half a pack of taco seasoning, which I will be trying next! The topping are endless and it can be altered to your liking. I used lowfat/fat free ingredients where I could to make it a little bit healthier.

Easy comfort food, use a glass dish for a good view of layering (good meal to cook with kids also!)

This recipe was perfect for a meal when I got home late—I already had the cooked, shredded meat ready.

My step mom used to make these all of the time. Made these for my family and husband took the leftovers to work. Needless to say, I had to make copies of this recipe for just coworkers. 😀
