Mix together vanilla instant pudding mix, heavy cream, and milk. Cover and fridge to set.

Preheat oven to 425°.

In large pot, bring water and butter to boil. Remove from heat and immediately stir in flour and salt til mix forms a ball. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl. Using wooden spoon or stand mixer on med. speed, beat in all 4 eggs, vanilla, and sugar QUICKLY, so eggs don't start to cook. Beat in as much air as possible, til dough is tacky and starts sticking to side of bowl. About 2-3 min.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20 min. Remove and poke small hole with toothpick in side of each puff.

When shells are completely cool, use pastry bag to fill with pudding mix.
