1 cannon stick cooking spray for the grill

Get your grill ready

Put rub in a tub and pat it on both sides of your chicken

When your grill is ready spray the non stick cooking spray and place chicken on the grill

When chicken is almost done grilling use a base brush and cover all pieces with the marinade.

Let finish cooking and you will have some incredibly awesome chicken
