Ingredients

  • 6 cupof ANY summer fruit of your choice. I used cantaloupe, strawberries and blackberries here.
  • 1/2 cupsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4 tbspGrand Marnier or Malibu Rum or 2 Tbsp of each!!
  • 2 tbsppowdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Place fruit in a large bowl and add coconut. Mix liquor with powdered sugar(makes a thin glaze) and pour over fruit. Mix very well.

  2. 2

    Refrigerate at least 1-2 hrs before serving!
