Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsChicken thigh
  2. 1 cupSoy sauce
  3. 1 cupBrown sugar
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 4 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  6. 1 smallbrown onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 tbspFresh ginger, finely chopped
  8. 1 tbspDried oregano
  9. 1 tbspChilli flakes
  10. 1 tspCayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for at least an hour. The longer the better. Pan fry or grill on the BBQ until cooked through and serve. A Hawaiian dish that originated from Japan I believe. Very tasty- like a hibachi chicken. Enjoy!
