Ingredients

  • 500 gramsChicken thigh
  • 1 cupSoy sauce
  • 1 cupBrown sugar
  • 1 cupWater
  • 4 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  • 1 smallbrown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbspFresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbspDried oregano
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspCayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for at least an hour. The longer the better. Pan fry or grill on the BBQ until cooked through and serve. A Hawaiian dish that originated from Japan I believe. Very tasty- like a hibachi chicken. Enjoy!
