  1. 1 dozeneggs
  2. 1 packagescorn tortillas
  3. 1 bunchserrano peppers
  4. 1 headchopped onion
  5. 1 cansalsa del pato
  6. 1 cupcooking oil
  7. 1 canpinto refried beans

  1. 1

    Choppe up Serrano pepper and onions fry in a bit of oil add el pato sauce bring to a boil remove from heat set aside

  2. 2

    Fry tortillas till golden brown

  3. 3

    Fry or scramble eggs place each finished eggs evenly on tortilla

  4. 4

    Top with salsa del pato add pinto refried bean on the side
