1/3 cupgrated califlower, or you can thinly chopped it. whichever you have time for
1salt and pepper to taste
1low fat shredded cheese, the kind you like the best

Spray your pan, place on medium heat. Mix eggs and califlower and add to pan. Cook and scramble. Top with cheese. Serve with whole wheat toast if you like.

Another good ingredient to use is fresh salsa. Play around with the veggies you like. You can also use egg whites only.
