Ingredients

  1. 4 cupfresh pumpkin cooked to tender
  2. 1 can14oz sweeten condense milk
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  5. 3 tbspground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspground ginger
  7. 1 tspground nutmeg
  8. 1/4 tspcream of tarter

Steps

  1. 1

    mix all ingredients with hand mixer and pour over home made or store bought crust

  2. 2

    cook at 350 for about an hr or until u can insert a knife and it comes out clean

Only one critique, it is a little bit too cinnamon-forward, but the rest of the proportions are great!
