Ingredients

30 mins

4 servings

1 lbchicken breasts
1 lbpenne noodles
1 1/2 cuppumpkin
1/2 cupheavy cream
1/4 cupbutter
1 tbspapple cider vinegar
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspthyme
1 tspcajun seasoning
1/2 tspparsley
1/4 cupparmesan cheese

30 mins

Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat.

Remove chicken and allow to cool slightly.

Boil noodles until almost done and drain.

Combine remaining ingredients in skillet and mix thoroughly.

Shred or chop chicken and place in pumpkin sauce.

Pour sauce over noodles and enjoy!
