Saw this on Pinterest and had to make this cute snowman. I modified the cream cheese mixture. This Lil guy is too cute to dip into!!!

Ingredients

16 ozcream cheese, softened
1 tspchopped garlic
1 envelopegood seasons Italian dressing mix
1 cupshredded mozzarella
9black peppercorns
1petite baby carrot or orange pepper piece for nose

Steps

Mix first three ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.

Take 2/3 c of cream cheese mixture and roll into a ball. Roll remaining cream cheese mixture as well.

Coat each ball with mozzarella cheese. Plate larger cream cheese ball and press smaller ball on top for the snowman's head. Decorate with peppercorns and carrot. Serve with crackers.
