Put egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk until thick

Melt chocolate over a pan of simmering water, remove from heat and let cool slightly, then add to the egg mixture

In a separate bowl whisk cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the egg and chocolate mixture

In another bowl whisk the egg white until soft peaks form, then fold into the mousse
- 5
Pour into small dishes and chill for half an hour until set
- 6
Decorate with fresh cream and a strawberry
