1 boxChicken strips
2 packages90 Second rice
1 packagesMushrooms
1 packagesPico de gallo
1 packagesShredded mozzarella
1 packagesShredded parmesan
1 1/2 cupItalian dressing

Cut tops off of peppers and remove insides

Cook chicken and chop in magic bullet. Put in large bowl with pico de gallo.

Cook rice and add to large bowl

Chop mushrooms in magic bullet. Add to large bowl

Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups italian dressing to large bowl. More to taste

Mix some of the shredded cheese into bowl

Fill peppers with filling and cap with cheese

Place peppers into greased square casserole dish, bake in oven for 30 minutes at 375
