  • 1small chopped onion
  • 3large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsproyco
  • 50 mlcooking oil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1royco cube

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Place onions and garlic in a sufuria. Add cooking oil and stir a little

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and stir then crash tomatoes. Add salt as you crash the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add maize and beans as you stir

  4. 4

    Add water and cover for around 5 minutes then turn off heat and serve.

  5. 5

    Add water and royco cube then cover for around 5 minutes then turn off heat and serve.
