Ingredients

1 CanChickpeas Drained and Rinsed
1/4 C.+ 1 Tbs. Finely Chopped Dill Pickles
1/4 C.Diced Purple Onion
2 Tbs.Vegan Mayo
2& 1/2 tsp. Stone Ground Mustard
1& 1/2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4& 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
2 tsp.Dill Weed
1/8 tsp.Tumeric
8-10Grinds of Pepper

Steps

1

Using a potato smasher rough mash the chickpeas until most are smashed.

Add pickles, onions, mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, dill, turmeric and pepper. Mix well.

Store for up to 2 days.
