blend the herbs ginger chilli yoghurt and oil .

cut chicken into quarters squeeze over a little lime juice then add the herb paste that you have blended.

marinade for an hour . longer if you wish .

preheat oven to 200oc .

lay chicken on a baking sheet and bake for aprox 12 mins turn chicken halfway through cooking

serve with lime wedges and side salad
