Steps

Parboil rice for 15mins.drain the water and wash.

Boil the chicken with salt,maggi seasoning,thyme,onion, and curry.

Allow the chicken to boil for 25minutes.

Boil the rice again with the chicken stock,add salt,curry,thyme and fried rice spice.

Boil for 7mins.

Wash and cut carrots,cabbage,green peas,fresh pepper.

Heat up pan,pour in vegetable oil after 30seconds add cabbage,carrots,fresh pepper,green peas,fry for 50seconds.
