4 servings

1 bagthick yellow fresh pancit noodles
13garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoonoyster sauce
1 tablespoonfish sauce
3 tablespoonunsalted butter

Steps

Sauté butter and garlic on low simmer in a pan until soft

Add oyster and fish sauce to garlic butter in pan. Low simmer for a few minutes.

Boil pancit noodles to reheat. Place in big bowl for mixing.

Pour sauce over hot noodles and toss well.
