1 lbbaby carrots
20 ozcoca cola
1 envelopebrown gravy mix
1 envelopeItalian dressing mix
1 enveloperanch mix
10 dashesground pepper
20 dashesmrs dash
1 tablespoonliquid smoke
1 tablespoonthyme
6mint leaves

Steps

Take a bowl mix all herbs and spices EXCEPT mint leaves with the smoke and coca cola and envelopes

Dump the roast, carrots, onions, potatoes in the crockpot

Pour liquid herb mix on top

Put mint on top
5

Cook on low (6 to 8 hours) or high (4 to 6 hours)

Remove mint and serve
