50 grama

Pour water in a pot and add a pinch of salt

Add the red, green & yellow peppers then leave to boil

Add mealie meal, then stir
4

Stir again in 10 minutes until pap is well cooked, then serve
5

Can be served with any meat of your choice, and/or gravy
